Instructions: Parents who wish to refer new families to the Change 4a Dollar program will receive a cash finder's fee. Premium family referrals are worth $100 and non-premium families are worth $25, up to 6 families maximum each school year. Referred parent must be fully enrolled and make a minimum of one monthly payment.
